We begin our information gathering phase with your inquiry and an introductory call to understand your goals. We believe its important to connect before a proposal as events and brands are nuanced.

The next time we connect we will have a detailed proposal within the parameters given outlining several paths your event can take, including a variety of venues, activities, and add-ons in your budget or near it should you decide to add these items at a later time.
All initial amends are complimentary until you officially contract Reunion for your event. Changes to events will be limited to fixed quantities per project agreed upon in our service of work with the option to make more amends at an additional cost.

Once finalized, will invite you into our ecosytem of cloud based software for 24/7 visibility into your event. Review your contract, contact our team, access event spend, and view your bookings in real-time. Slack us and make comments as you would internally to make for an event that feels like it was planned internally.
